James Beswick is a Senior Manager and leads the Developer Advocacy team for AWS Serverless. He works with AWS's developer customers to help them understand how serverless technologies can change the way they think about building and running applications at massive scale with minimal administration overhead.

As a Developer Advocate, James created the popular Innovator Island workshop, the Serverlesspresso interactive exhibit, the Serverless Land website, and has presented at AWS re:Invent and AWS Summits globally. He has previously worked as a software developer and product manager at various enterprises and startups, and has over a decade of experience building applications in the cloud.
