Gillian is a Senior Solutions Architect working on a Builder team in Generative AI Solutions at Amazon Web Services. With hands-on experience building large-scale Serverless and applied AI applications, she now uses that expertise to support a wide range of customers doing the same.

She has a particular interest in Conversational AI, and has a passion for understanding the new paradigms that AI is bringing to human-computer interaction, and how that changes how we design and build software.
