How to build a voice bot: Join Topdanmark and Trifork when they will talk about how they moved the boundaries of modern technology. They will share the experiences and findings from Topdanmark's journey towards a fully automatic AI customer service agent. You will get into the process of building a voicebot, all the challenges that follow and came out of the project. You will also get an insight in what a voice bot architecture looks like, what the components are and what best-practices are when designing a virtual agent.

Software pilots at Trifork in Aarhus. We specialize in the “Smart Service Center” area, which contains Googles Contact Center, AI and Cloud infrastructure in general.
Has been working at Topdanmark for 6 years; 3 years as Business Consultant and 3 years as Conversational AI specialist for Topdanmark. Primary focus is building chat and voice while being the technical manager.
