Abstract

How to build a voice bot: Join speakers from Topdanmark and Trifork in a meetup where they'll talk about how they pushed the boundaries of modern technology. Topdanmark will share their experiences and findings from their journey towards a fully automatic AI customer service agent.

You'll get into the process of building a voicebot, all the challenges that follow and come out of the project. You will also get an insight into what a voice bot architecture looks like, what the components are and what best practices are when designing a virtual agent.

Simon Kæseler and Iulia Popa
Software pilots at Trifork in Aarhus. We specialize in the “Smart Service Center” area, which contains Googles Contact Center, AI and Cloud infrastructure in general.

Martin Skovenboe
Has been working at Topdanmark for 6 years; 3 years as Business Consultant and 3 years as Conversational AI specialist for Topdanmark. Primary focus is building chat and voice while being the technical manager.
