Eugene is an IntelliJ IDEA software developer at JetBrains, speaker, trainer, and blogger. His interests include software development, distributed systems, infrastructure, cloud, programming languages, and infrastructure. Eugene holds a Ph.D. in computer science; he writes code in Java, Kotlin, Go, Terraform, C/C++, and JavaScript. A Kotlin fan for years, he started using Kotlin before 1.0 and completed his first production Kotlin app back in 2013.
