After 30+ years in the IT industry, Gertrud now focuses on what we can learn from animals, nature and spirit. She has finally realized that the tribal belief, which teaches us that the rational/logical mind is the driving force, is a simplistic view of the world — and it often leads to lifeless products and frustrating organizations.

As co-author of the newly published book A Scrum Book: The Spirit of the Game, ,she trusts scrum patterns to be the first part of a path from where we are now, to a place that acknowledges our incredible ability to use imagination and feelings to create beauty and wholeness.
