Majken Vildrik Thougaard, Ph.D., has worked with agile for more than 15 years as product owner, scrum master, agile coach and agile advisor. She’s also worked with scaling agile frameworks since 2015. In 2017 Majken founded VILMA Consulting where she is an independent agile advisor,coach, speaker and blogger on agile matters. In 2019, she wrote a paper on the use of scaling agile frameworks in Denmark.

In addition to her M.Sc (Math and Economics) and Ph.D. degrees, Majken holds certifications in NLP, Lean, LeSS, Nexus, Scrum@Scale, SAFe, CSPO and PSM. Majken has worked with finance, fintech, insurance, IT, public research, public administration, public transportation, IoT and classical production & mining. Majken has worked with 40+ nationalities, across cultures and religions and has done trainings and public presentations in Denmark, UK, Norway, the Netherlands, Germany, France, Korea, India and the US.
