Dylan is a tech expert, who sees the beauty in code, and also in the world. The Rockstar (programming language) was created by this rockstar (literally, as he makes music too!). An esoteric programming language that started as a joke, and ended up in Classic Rock magazine!

Dylan Beattie is a consultant, software developer and international keynote speaker. He provides software training and consultancy through his company Ursatile. Dylan has been building data-driven web applications since the 1990s; he has managed teams, taught workshops, and worked on everything from tiny standalone websites to complex distributed systems.

He’s a Microsoft MVP, and he regularly speaks at conferences and user groups all over the world. Dylan is into into skiing, scuba diving, Lego, cats, travel and photography.
