Matt Feigal is a Senior Customer Engineer and Manager at Google Cloud. He was former head of engineering at the Google Wind project that used machine learning to predict rain and then orchestrate Dutch windmills accordingly.

He was also lead engineer on the Google Tulip project, helping improve human-plant interaction in Netherland's agricultural industry and also lead the Self Driving Bike project to reduce traffic injuries in Holland.
