Sara is passionate about the topics future of work, organizational culture, talent development, and agile leadership. She worked as an HR Specialist (Tech Recruiting & Employer Branding) for the eCommerce company Spreadshirt in Leipzig. Curious about getting to know different cultures and people, she lived in London, Valencia, and Valparaíso before she came back to Germany. Here she supported big corporates in bringing their working models and structures to the digital age at the Berlin-based tech startup Tandemploy. Today Sara is a speaker, coach, and consultant for HR and New Work.
