Erwin de Gier is a software architect at [Trifork](http:/trifork.com/). He is a fan of Reactive, Event-Driven and cloud native. Erwin is an active member of the open source community, participant in various program committees and was an editor for the Dutch Java Magazine.

He designs software solutions based on open source technology and helps teams getting started with their projects. Next to this he is a certified Scrum Master and trainer of several Java courses. He also supervises graduates during their final thesis. Erwin likes to share knowledge by giving workshops and presentations and is an experienced speaker.
