Russell started life as an engineer, then an engineering manager for an award winning Learning and Development company. He then moved into supporting technology start-ups in their growth and even co-founded his own.

As Head of Training at Container Solutions, he is focused on the delivery of Cloud Native training that delights participants through engaging hands-on workshops, helping people gain new skills and solve real world problems.
