James is currently leading a distributed team of almost 300 people at SpringerNature. Taking a defiantly progressive approach and emphasising people and their growth in the ever-changing context of agile product delivery, he enjoys building teams for the long term and reinventing organisations from within. He is an IFF practitioner and was previously a developer with many years spent building enterprise systems using lean and agile methods. Now he’s using those skills to grow and mentor others.
