Anjalie is the Chief Business Architect at SpringerNature working on boxes and lines and everything in between. Beginning her career as a business analyst working on agile delivery teams, she went on to develop extensive hands on experience in leadership of teams and divisions in enterprise environments going through rapid scaling, mergers and restructures. She is an active IFF practitioner and believes that facilitating people through transformational and creative thinking is key to surviving the challenges thrown at us in this fast paced and ever changing environment.
