Rebecca has a strong interest in professional development and sustainable lifelong learning. With over 20 years of experience as a developer and leader, working with small businesses and startups as well as larger companies and government organisations, she's experienced both professional growth and personal burn-out.

She is currently a senior consultant at SixPivot, where in addition to working with clients and internal teams delivering software projects, she manages the mentoring program and helps other consultants with their professional development.
