Signe Simonsen is the founder of Race for Oceans. She is known for her imperishable drive and amongst other things, she is the first Danish woman to complete an adventure marathon on all 7 continents.

She herself has experienced the consequences of the growing plastic pollution when diving or doing sports all over the world. Her international experience from elite sports combined with a hybrid leadership profile and her passion for oceans has contributed to the development of Race for Oceans.
