Torben Hoffman has been working within the Erlang ecosystem since 2006. Currently as Business Unit Lead for Erlang Solutions London, previously as architect for Alert Logic and Basho, as well as having been CTO of Erlang Solutions and before that as technical architect and developer for Motorola and Issuu.

He has worked extensively with process improvement and people management at Motorola too. He is motivated by matching opportunities and capabilities, be that with people or technology.

Being curious about how things work is how he walks through life and he enjoys helping others dive into being curious, as that is where the biggest learnings can be found.

When things come together he is happy.
