Sophie is a Staff Software Engineer at GitHub where she helps deliver the tools and infrastructure to keep GitHub highly available. She is the co-author of Programming Phoenix LiveView, Pragmatic Bookshelf's comprehensive manual on building LiveView web apps.

Speaking of Pragmatic Bookshelf, Sophie is the Elixir series editor there and is always on the lookout for potential authors and new Elixir titles. She is also the co-host of the BeamRad.io podcast where she explores topics across the BEAM.
