John has been with ING for over a decade now and started as what we would now call a data engineer. He worked as a product owner of various squads, setup a few teams, was an engineering manager for data engineers and the Commander in Chief of Data Analytics Platforms before transitioning full time into management.

He’s a big fan of applying design and product thinking into software development. This is a side hustle next to his full time job as dad of two, husband and not so great basketball player.
