Bhavik is an experienced leader with a demonstrated history of working in the financial services industry for more than 16 years and leading software engineering teams for more than 9 years. He has been part of several transformations at Capital One including their journey from SOAP to Rest APIs, Agile Transformation, Adoption of Open Source and their migration to public cloud.

In his current role, Bhavik is leading Capital One's enterprise pipeline ecosystem that plays a key role in enabling developer productivity and transforming how they build software at Capital One.
