Louise has been an innovative leader, teacher, and managing expert, but is mainly a humanitarian. She calls herself a Humanist in IT and proudly works for cultural development along with her broad category of work. She believes that “My starting point is humans. They are the core of my work”. This threw light on her goal to focus on development and innovation for the world. She has recently been engaged in developing libraries, smart cities, NGOs, festivals and companies for this.

Her former work at her own firm Overgaard was also focused on creating development with a human-centered approach where she conducted business events, and workshops and managed projects that helped build cultural empowerment.

She is now a passionate worker at Coding Pirates currently, with all her expertise and knowledge.
