Edlira Dushku is currently an Assistant Professor in Cyber Security at Aalborg University. She received the Ph.D. degree in Computer Science from Sapienza University of Rome, Italy, in 2020. After the Ph.D., she was a Postdoctoral Researcher in Secure Pervasive Computing at DTU Compute, Technical University of Denmark.

Her research interests include Internet of Things security, Remote Attestation, Fog Computing, and Trusted Computing. She was formerly a software programming instructor, and developer too. She was also The Vice President of Education with the Toastmasters International Club, giving justice to it’s tagline “Where leaders are made”.
