A physicist with a focus on model development and simulation. He is fascinated by calculation and enjoys the process of turning abstract models of reality into concrete calculations. He believes that the results of these calculations can be so many interesting things - quantum dynamics, medical imaging or more recently computer generated images.

Søren has 6 years of academic experience with quantum dynamics, and 9 years of industry experience with photorealistic computer graphics and software engineering. He holds a PhD in quantum information from Aarhus University. Søren is a quantum software architect at Kvantify where he works on implementing high-performance computing with quantum computers with the aim of solving industrial relevant and numerically hard problems.

He applies his skills in mathematics, physics, high-performance C++ programming daily, while also using creativity to come up with innovative solutions.
