Tom is a Distinguished Engineer in Solace's systems architecture team, helping customers define their event driven architectures to address challenges such as the increasing digitisation of business across a wide range of industries including manufacturing, supply chain, retail, financial services and smart city initiatives. He has been instrumental in drawing up many of Solace’s best practices, mentors many of the Solace architecture team, speaks regularly to journalists on technical topics and enjoys speaking at a range of events.
