Abstract

Why are some organizations able to implement true continuous delivery, and others are endlessly struggling and striking out on the path there?
What are pipeline-driven processes - and how are those are different from "we just have a few Jenkins jobs lying around". Pipeline driven organizations pull us out of our silos and into more collaboration. It can be really painful if we don't know what to expect.
In this talk we will discuss what such a process might look like in real life, what types of possible collaborations can exist, and what challenges we face making it happen.

About the speaker

Roy Osherove is a best-selling author who coined the terms elastic leadership and delivery pipelines.
Roy works as an independent consultant, training and consulting on all matters related to testing, engineering practices, tech leadership, continuous delivery and pipeline based organizations. Roy has over 20 years of experience in the industry and been in most types of technical & testing roles, and these days he is working as a freelance consultant & trainer on-site for various companies across the world.
