AMA with Chris Atherton
Pragmatic interaction designer and content consultant with extensive experience from digital product and service development
Chris Atherton is a designer working for Norway's Department of Work and Welfare. Chris previously worked on GOV.UK, where she helped build some of the UK's public digital services. Way back in the mists of time, Chris used to be an academic psychologist. She hasn't completely let go of the desire for evidence-based decisions, but prefers the shorter feedback loops in software.
