Originally from Australia, I now reside in Chicago where I can be seen running around in the snow.

I started my software career after working for many years as a musician and circus performer. Going from stiltwalking to fin-tech was a rocky transition but I’m forever grateful as it has led to amazing opportunities such as working as an early Rails engineer for Zendesk, A Director for a leader in the marketing tech space, and more recently a VP for a VC backed medical-tech startup.

I now work as an engineering educator and consultant. I have an amazing partner, an adorable at, and I probably can’t stiltwalk anymore.
